Animal Crossing: Does anyone know the code for this custom design?

Sorry that it’s so blurry but I’m looking for the little coat that the character has. I know it’s supposed to be a Halloween themed coat. And it has little patches sewn onto it. I used to have this on my old island before it got deleted. Does anyone know the code for it?
